Please be sure to read before you commission me
All commissions are done on a first come first serve basis. Commissions may take up to 2 months unless otherwise.I will reach out to you via email or Twitter DMs.
Please be sure to respond to my follow up message regarding your commission. If there is no response within 2 weeks, I will remove and refund your commission request and continue with the next client.Payments will be made via Paypal Invoice through Ko-fi
Payments for commercial commissions will be made via Paypal Invoice directly by emailPersonal Commissions are not for commercial use, NFT use, and/or AI trainingCommercial Commissions are priced with an additional charge of 300% of the original pricing (can be discussed and agreed on)Sketch progress updates will be sent via contact method of your choice. Any revisions needed after commission is finished will be subjected to an additional charge of 50% of the original commission price.Finished commissions will be sent at full resolution via email.I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork and will use them for promotional use on any site and my portfolioI have the right to refuse a commission if I feel that I'm not able or am uncomfortable in drawing it.

Please be sure to respond to my follow up message regarding your commission. If there is no response within 2 weeks, I will remove and refund your commission request and continue with the next client.All commissions (with the exception of Tiny Chibi Commissions) are done in the following process:
Sketch/Rough draft -> Progress 1 -> Progress 2 -> Finished Commission
Progress updates will be sent via contact method of your choice.I allow up to 2 simple revisions during the "Sketch/Rough Draft" and "Progress 1" phase.
Any extra or complicated revisions needed during the "Progress 2" phase or after the "Finished Commission" phase will be subjected to an additional charge of 50% of the original commission price.Finished commissions will be sent at full resolution via email.I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork and will use them for promotional use on any site and my portfolioAs the commissioner/client, you hereby agree to the following:
I. All commissioned artworks MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY
This includes alteration of colors and/or backgrounds, removal of the artist's signature, cropping the work (unless it's for icons/profile pictures in which cropping the work is fine), etc.II. Unless stated otherwise, commissioned work MUST BE USED FOR PERSONAL USE. The work MUST NOT BE USED FOR ANY ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL USAGE, ETC. REPRINTING AND SELLING COMMISSIONED WORKS IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM IS NOT ALLOWED.If the purpose of the commissioned work is to be used for commercial purposes, there will be an additional charge added on to the original total cost. The additional charge will be between 25%-300% of the original total cost (to be discussed and agreed on) and will be sent as a separate invoice.As the artist, I state the following:
I. I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY ARTWORK AND COMMISSIONED WORKS OR ANY LIKENESS OR DERIVATIVES OF THE SAME TO BE USED AND/OR SOLD AS NFTs OR TO BE USED IN ANY CAPACITY RELATING TO BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGIES OF ANY KINDII. I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY ARTWORK AND COMMISSIONED WORKS OR ANY LIKENESS OR DERIVATIVES OF THE SAME TO BE USED TO TRAIN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I.) AND/OR ANY CAPACITY RELATING TO A.I. TECHNOLOGY IN ANY PRESENT OR FUTURE PROJECTS IN ANY CAPACITYBY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, COMMISSIONER AGREES NOT TO USE THE COMMISSIONED ARTWORK OR ANY LIKENESS OR DERIVATIVE THEREOF AS NFTs OR IN ANY CAPACITY RELATING TO BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGIES OF ANY KIND. COMMISSIONER ALSO AGREES TO NOT USE THE COMMISSIONED ARTWORK OR ANY LIKENESS OR DERIVATIVE THEREOF TO TRAIN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I.) AND/OR ANY CAPACITY RELATING TO A.I. TECHNOLOGY IN ANY PRESENT OR FUTURE PROJECTS IN ANY CAPACITY.
UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, COMMISSIONED WORKS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY, AND MAY NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, USED FOR ANY FORM OF ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONAL USAGE, AND/OR REPRINTED AND RESOLD IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.
COMMISSIONED WORKS THAT WILL BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WILL BE SUBJECTED TO AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF BETWEEN 25%-300% (to be discussed and agreed on) OF THE ORIGINAL TOTAL COST.I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel that I'm not able or am uncomfortable in drawing it.
